I was just reflecting on my thoughts about Steve Jobs death. I didn't have a deep, personal connection with him like many people do but I always admired his passion and commitment.
One of my favorite quotes from Steve is, "It's really hard to design products by focus groups. A lot of times, people don't know what they want until you show it to them." Without this, many, probably all, of the products he championed would never have become a reality.
With knowing much about his professional career and little about his personal life, I believe he had a great 56 years but still died way too young from a disease that all the money in the world couldn't cure.
