Intuit is expected to acquire Mint, a free online personal finance service, for $170 million. VC’s have invested about $32 million and the most recent round valued the company at $140 million. This looks like a great exit for Mint, which launched two years ago at TechCrunch50. Mint took the top prize at that event and has been growing fast ever since.
