I am getting ready to start reading Outliers, Malcolm Gladwell's new book. I was dinking around on Youtube and found a video of his 2004 TED presentation. Not sure if this is the exact tittle but it is basically, 'What we can learn from Spaghetti sauce.'
This is a great 18 minute lesson on consumer choice, the importance of asking the right question, finding new consumer categories, and the fact that their is no good or bad, just different consumer tastes.
This video has me ramped up to start Outliers tonight.
