YELLOWPAGES.COM Acquires YP.com Domain for $3.85M

AT&T’s YellowPages.com subsidiary recently purchased the two-letter domain name YP.com from LiveDeal. YP.com was operational and generating revenue and the SEC filing reveals that the purchase price was $3,850,000 in cash.  For comparison, AT&T acquired YellowPages.com for ~$100 million a few years ago.
